This was my first experience with TURO and Robin & her Mercedes made it a great experience. Robin delivered the car in the arrival lane in Dallas and I left it in the parking garage when I departed. Easy, convenient and I loved knowing exactly which car I would be driving. This may have been my first experience but it won’t be my last with TURO. I hope all owners are as accommodating as Robin.
