Off Road Travel: Off Roading, "4-Wheeling", any type of Beach/Water testing, and/or Over-Landing is strictly prohibited. Carrying Gear: Transportation of any Tools, Sports Equipment, Skis/Snowboards/Boots, Office Equipment, bicycles, Beach Gear is welcome AS LONG AS these items are loaded/transported/unloaded in their clean and protective carrying cases. • Can I install a Baby Seat/Booster Seat in your Porsche Cayenne?

  Yes, please look in the accessories section and be sure to book this option ahead ~ we'll install seat protectors prior to your rental.

• Should I refuel before returning the Cayenne to you? ...& Does it take Premium Fuel?

  Yes, please, re-fill with Premium grade (91+) gasoline prior to returning. We understand that sometimes you are pressed for time: in the event that you are unable to re-fuel prior to your Trip end, we will re-fuel the vehicle and charge you the retail gas/qty fee as evidenced in a photo of the receipt + a $10 labor charge, as per Turo guidelines.

• Is the Cayenne Pet Friendly?

  As long as you are traveling with a 1) small pet, 2) that this pet will travel in their carrying case during your rental Trip, and not freely in the car interior, and 3) that you will leave no trace of Pet Hair, Odor, pet food, etc (See Cleaning Fees)...then yes, the Cayenne is pet friendly

• Should I wash/clean the Cayenne prior to return/trip end?

  Car Washes Washing the car prior to return is not necessary. If you want to spruce the Cayenne up during your trip, please only use Brushless, Touchless, or Hand Car washes ~ Please Do Not run the Porsche through an inexpensive "Brush-Style" Car Wash frequently seen at filling stations. We're always available via the App/Telephone to advise and recommend where to take the car for a best-case wash. Interior Cleaning We know spills happen ~ Your Cayenne is equipped with a simple clean up kit: please feel free to use it to tidy up coffee spills etc. As always ~ NO SMOKING in this Porsche (All TURO cars are smoke free) Excessive Dirt and Cleaning Fee_TURO As you can see and hopefully will take the opportunity to experience for yourself, we keep the Cayenne absolutely pristine for you, our next guest. To protect all parties concerned, both Hosts and Guests are able to record Trip Start & Trip End photographic records of the vehicle condition. In the event, the Cayenne is returned with over-the-top cleanliness issues as per TURO's review of the record, a Guest leaving behind muddy/sandy tracks, unpleasant/unwanted scents, excessive spills and trash may incur a $150 Cleaning fee.
