Thank you for choosing my Tesla Model Y! There are two ways to access the vehicle at check-in: 1. Tesla App Access: You can add the vehicle to your own Tesla app for seamless access. I’ll provide you with the instructions and temporary credentials after your booking is confirmed. 2. Remote Unlock: If you prefer, I can remotely unlock the car when you arrive at the pickup location. Inside the car, you’ll find a key card or key fob for continued use during your trip. Please let me know which method you prefer before your trip begins. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

• Car Seats and Boosters: Car seats and booster seats are welcome, but they are not provided. Please ensure they are properly installed and removed at the end of your trip. • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke or related odors are detected. • Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please ensure they are transported in a pet carrier or on a protective seat cover. Additional cleaning fees may apply for pet hair or messes. • Cleanliness: While there’s no need to wash the car, we ask that you return it tidy, with trash removed and the provided trash bin emptied. Excessive messes may result in cleaning fees. • Battery Level: Please return the vehicle with a battery level of 70% or more. Nearby Superchargers are available for your convenience. • Charging Costs: Supercharging fees are not included in the trip and will be billed to your account. Public chargers or home chargers are acceptable alternatives if needed. • Parking and Drop-Off: For airport returns, you can park in the long-term lot or meet us at the terminal. Please ensure the car is securely locked if dropping it off unattended. • Toll Pass Usage: The vehicle is equipped with a toll pass. Any toll charges incurred during your trip will be billed to your account after the trip. • Mileage Limits: Please adhere to the mileage limits set for your trip. Additional miles will be billed at the rate specified in the listing. • Full Self-Driving (FSD): While the car is equipped with Full Self-Driving capability, you are responsible for staying alert and maintaining control of the vehicle at all times. • Road Conditions: Please avoid driving on unpaved roads, in off-road conditions, or through deep water to prevent damage to the vehicle.

• Is the car cleaned and sanitized before each trip?

  Yes, the car is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every booking. You’ll receive a spotless, fresh vehicle with a battery charged above 80%.

• Do I need to return the car with a certain battery level?

  Yes, we ask that you return the car with a battery level of 70% or more. There are convenient Superchargers located nearby, including Gulf Coast Town Center and others within 12 miles of Fort Myers Airport.

• Do I need to wash the car before returning it?

  No, there’s no need to wash the car, but please keep it tidy and remove all trash. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive trash is left behind.

• What features are included in the car?

  This Tesla Model Y comes equipped with Full Self-Driving capability, a panoramic glass roof, a spacious cabin, dual wireless chargers, USB-C ports, and Tesla’s advanced safety features. Napkins, wipes, and a trash bin are also provided for your convenience.

• How do Toll Payments work?

  The car is equipped with a toll pass. You’ll be responsible for paying tolls incurred during your trip, and they will be charged to your account after the trip ends.

• What happens if I need help during my trip?

  I’m available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise during your trip. Feel free to contact me through the Turo app for prompt support.

• Can I smoke or bring pets in the car?

  Smoking is not allowed, and pets are only permitted with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the car requires extra cleaning due to pets or odors.

• What’s the process for airport pickup and drop-off?

  For airport returns, we can meet you at the terminal for a convenient handoff, or you can park the car in the long-term lot and let me know the location. We’ll coordinate the details through the Turo app.

• Is charging included in the trip?

  Charging costs at Tesla Superchargers are not included and will be billed to your account after the trip. However, charging at public or home chargers is an option if you prefer to avoid Supercharger costs.
