We’ve got you covered. We’re partnered with Mister Wash, where you can wash and vacuum the car at no additional cost. Drive through the member lane, and they’ll take care of you. This helps ensure every guest enjoys a fresh, clean experience. No Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, or using any tobacco products is not allowed in the vehicle, it is against Turo Policy. A deep cleaning fee may apply if evidence of smoke odor or residue is found. No Pets Without Approval: Please request permission before bringing pets along. We’re happy to accommodate when possible, but we do ask that the vehicle be returned clean and free of pet hair. Fuel & Range: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when you picked it up. Damage & Safety: Report any damage or issues you notice during your trip to us immediately.
