Pick up and drop off are great and easy. Unfortunately the tires are unevenly worn and creates a loud roar while driving but on the freeway it is much less noticeable. Also we did have the vehicle stall 3 times while at stop lights and in Florida traffic not what you want to happen. Overall the vehicle was clean, host were quick to respond, great having the sun pass, and unlimited miles!

Great host great communication I would refer them to anyone and look forward to renting again with them!

This was certainly an older car with high mileage. It did not have navigation system. He would not engage with CarPlay. But it drove perfectly well. The host or rather abrupt and unkind in their comments. Due to a medical emergency (I’m a physician) I could not get the car back at the specified time but was 1.5 hours later. I was charged for a full day. I had no idea that that was going to be the case. They actually encourage me not to rent from Turo again because I “couldn’t follow instructions“. I had difficulties finding the lockbox code so I knocked on the door and handed the key fob to a person inside the house. I was criticized for doing that.I did not find this house, particularly helpful and he was certainly insulting.

The pick up and drop process is quick and simple. The host is always reachable. I had to extend for another day and it was no hassle doing so. The inside could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise, my trip with the car went well.

Car was excellent and great on gas. John and Amanda was great, would definitely rent again
