My drop off got canceled so I had to go pick up the jeep, very inconvenient. And still haven’t received my refund for the drop off fee. The windshield had a crack from one end to the other. And tape on the door handle. It was okay but not what I was expecting.

We’re very sorry that the windshield had not been repaired in time for your trip - wrangler windshields are very sensitive and this happens very often! We try to make sure that the windshield is repaired before each trip when that does happen - but given the last minute booking we were unable to do so. If you send us a message we’d be happy to offer you a discount on a future trip - and do better to accommodate delivery for you while we’re out of town.
