This is the RAV 4 Limited. The highest trim in the line with some great features. This vehicle is all wheel drive! Great for moving! Great for New England weather. Great fuel economy for an SUV. Awesome cabin tech with streaming bluetooth audio - and an entune app which can be downloaded for complete app integration such as Pandora and some other helpful apps like Open Table. No trip is too far, nor will it be too boring! It is nicely equipped, has Alloy Wheels, and a great sound system - 6 Speakers. Seats fold down easily for moving and the auto lift gate in the rear is helpful. Keyless entry and push to start, this is a fun crossover for work or play! No smoking in vehicle please - cleaning fee will be applied. Cambridge resident sticker for city-wide parking!

The car was excellent but this company mostly sends you automated messages. I was trying to return the car 1.5 h prior to the arranged return time and there was no answer from anybody on the phone nor through the app. The person didn’t respond until it was time to return the car as arranged. The car ran smoothly and was in excellent condition, but if you want more personal attention, just be ready to receive automated messages

The car was dirty like filthy dirty. Had dents all over and a problem to turn on because of malfunction on the key. It was raining badly and I was freezing, so, we decided to keep the rental. After driving 2 miles, I realized that the break was too look and with the rain and the snow that was coming the next day, I should return it, keeping it would be stupid and dangerous. After communicating with the owner, I immediately returned the car to the same spot as the pick up. Total of less than one hour from the moment of pick up to drop off. The owner refused to talk to me about refund saying he had a meeting and would call me later. I have been waiting for my money or a call since Thursday afternoon. Also, looks like I’m going to be charged $68 for that less than one hour usage of his car. Don’t rent this car. Save um yourself fro a bad deal and much frustration. So far, I have absolutely no refund in my account, and I’m very disappointed with Turo’s help.

We had a nice experience renting from Cambridge Rental for the 2nd time and we recommend them 100%. We had a brief delay with the pick up due to the previous renter, however the team solved it quickly and with great communication. Thanks again!
