🚨Please read the following instructions carefully. Failure to do so will potentially result in excessive fees to you.🚨 Absolutely no traveling across states; only border states allowed (Wisconsin, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri). Any evidence of this would result in an immediate call to the police and the vehicle needs to be returned. Premium fuel only! Absolutely no smoking 🚭, doing so will incur a $150 violation fee. No pets 🙏🏼, evidence of pets will incur a $150 cleaning fee. No excessive dirtiness, evidence of excessive dirtiness will incur a $150 cleaning fee. You must bring the car back on the same fuel level that you were given the car. Car chargers, phone mount and hand sanitizer is provided for your convenience, please do not remove these items from the vehicle, doing so will result in a $20 charge per item. There is an option to prepay $6 a day for tolls. It costs $150 per rim to repair any curb rash on this vehicle and $500 to replace the rim. Therefore, there is a $150 minimum charge per rim if there is any indication of curb rash. My hours of availability are 6am - 11pm for the most part. However, I often plan my schedule around “scheduled” pick ups and drop offs. If you need to book outside these hours, please reach out to me to see if I am able to make any accommodations. That said, I understand flight plan changes and other unfortunate circumstances may alter the time you were originally able to get the vehicle, however I am not always available when guests are running late or need to retrieve the car sooner. Therefore, guests must inform me “as soon as possible” if there is a change to their original schedule so we can determine if I can accommodate this or if “cancellation” is the best option. Keep in mind any cancellations made to the reservation within 24hrs will result in fees. Additionally, we allow: - Up to an hour before the trip starts to retrieve the vehicle - Up to an hour after trip starts to retrieve the vehicle - Up to an hour after trip ends to return the vehicle Any time after that is subject to cancellation and fees.
