However, you can check in remotely and manage the car directly through the Turo app, 24/7, even for midnight arrivals. 🗺️ Lastly, for your convenience, trust Tesla's own GPS MAP for finding Supercharger Stations. Our Tesla, equipped with PREMIUM CONNECTIVITY, provides real-time information on nearby Superchargers and even offers rerouting suggestions to ensure you never miss a vital charging station. Not all Teslas have this premium connectivity, so enjoy this added benefit! You will always get the car with at least 80% charged, ensuring that you have a worry-free start to your journey. To maintain this convenience, we kindly ask that you return the car with the same battery level. If the car is returned with less charge, a fee of $50 plus the cost necessary to fully charge the vehicle will be applied to your trip bill. To avoid these charges, you have two options: Prepaid Charge: Prepay for the charge, giving you the flexibility to return the car at any charge level above 45 miles or simply return the car with the same charge level you received it at. Post-Trip Cleaning: We've got you covered on post-trip cleaning, so there's no need to worry about washing or vacuuming the car before returning it. For a modest fee of $25, we'll handle the basics, including vacuuming. Please note that this cleaning service does not cover detailing in case the car needs more extensive cleaning, but it does ensure a clean interior for your next adventure. If the car isn't returned clean on the inside, charges will apply, starting at $35 (an additional $15 to address the interior). However, please be aware that post-trip cleaning does not cover major incidents such as significant spills, smoke or cigarette odors, or other strong, foul smells. In such cases, a fee of $250 will be charged for the necessary cleaning and restoration.
