When we picked up the car it was dirty. We paid for delivery and Chris had us Uber to a sketchy neighborhood about a mile away to pick up the car in a dimly lit street. Super frustrating when you pay for a delivery and you still have to Uber the location. The TPM sensors and parking sensors are shot and an alert beeps every few min which has been annoying to deal with every-time we drove. The lift gate in the back opens by button but doesn’t close with the button in the back. There are multiple random pieces of interior that have been shoved in random places in the car. The oil is 10k miles over when it should have been changed. Over all this has been a poor experience from having to travel to pick up the car after paying you for a delivery to all these issues. Seems like Chris is a pretty irresponsible Turo operator and doesn’t really care about the experience of his renter. Hope this helps someone looking for an honest review when booking this car.

Booking - Chris was great and flexible and helpful with the booking which was great! Pick-up – The problems started here. On the app, the delivery time was 11:00 a.m. I tried to contact Chris the day before through text message and through the app to verify the rental but no response on both. The day of the flight I tried again in the morning, no response, and on the layover, again no response. I had to pay $8 on the flight to get wi-fi to TRY to contact him again, it wasn’t until we were about 1 hour to landing did he reply. I was somewhat relieved but then he said that he would not be able to make the delivery time as he was too far from the car and "hadn't had breakfast yet” and that we would have to wait about 2 hours at the airport. On top of that, he suggested that we pay for an Uber to get to our friend’s place or to pick up the car ourselves after agreeing to deliver in text messages. The pick-up location was sketchy like in a random parking lot, and the keys were in a different random car. I was told it was a “Turo parking area”. Experience with the car – The car was not in great condition. 1st off the trunk would open with the remote but not close, so we had to manually shut it. 2nd there was a smoke smell in the car on pick-up. 3rd there were 2 random panel pieces in pockets of the car. 4th when I opened the hood there were pieces of the lining and cover just sitting there loose and not attached to anything. 5th the front left tire TPS sensor started going off mid-trip. 6th the low coolant sensor started going off at the end of the trip. Drivability for windings roads was good due to the all-wheel drive. Drop-off – The drop-off was almost as bad as the pick-up. He did help by allowing drop-off at a location closer to the airport, but I still had to pay for the uber. The location was at a “park” but it was definitely not a park and the neighborhood was shady. I did not feel comfortable dropping off there, much less leaving a door unlocked upon drop off.

Please never rent from me again, trouble maker. Never paid and informed me for delivery in advance, but suddenly asked me to deliver the car at pick up time. Delivery service is not working like this way.

the car has a strange noise in the engine and all accessories do not work, at the end of the trip the ignition light was turned on.

Sorry for the issue happened, I brought car to a mechanic after the trip, they found out it's bearing issue and fixed it. Now car is in a perfect working conditon, welcome to book again in the future!
