I feel the safest when I am just monitoring the drive, while FSD is the one making the initial decisions. - Premium Connectivity Included - Mobile Charger Included -> this plugs into any standard outlet. It only charges about 3 miles of range per hour, but it’s quite nice if you leave plugged in overnight. - Free Supercharging until March! You will not get charged for charging the vehicle at any superchargers. Charging from 10% to 85% takes about 30 minutes. - Full access to the Tesla app, where you can: (1.) See exact location of car (2.) Preheat car and defrost windows (3.) See current charge level (4.) Use your phone as a key (5.) Maps show all superchargers available nearby and any weather on radar. - AutoPark -> just drive slowly by a spot, and the spot will appear on the screen with a "Park" button. Stop and press Park, and the car will auto park (parallel or backup) Pickup process: I will give you access to the vehicle on the Tesla app just before the start of your trip. On the app, you can see the exact location of the vehicle, and with bluetooth enabled, the car will unlock as you walk up to it with your phone. Inside, I will leave a backup keycard inside the car that you can leave in your wallet. If you don't want to use the app, I will remote unlock the vehicle and you can use the keycard. The car will be charged somewhere between 85 and 92%, as charging higher is not recommended for optimal long term battery health. This will allow you to go ~280 miles without needing to charge. Drop-off process: feel free to park within a 5-block radius of the original pickup location. Please do not park in the following locations to avoid a ticket: - Fire hydrants - School Zones - Street Cleaning - Construction or Parking Meter Rules * It is free to park on the street in Brooklyn, but these areas could give me a ticket. Sometimes, it takes a few circles of nearby blocks to find an open spot, but it's usually not bad. Note: I will move the car within 12 hours of drop-off There are plenty of superchargers outside of NYC, but charging in the city is quite difficult. I recommend getting the prepaid EV recharge if you are not heading out of the city to avoid long charging lines. Right now there is free Supercharging at all charging locations until March 12th, 2025 as part of a Tesla promotion. Pet-Friendly!
