*** PLEASE READ THESE TURO'S GUIDELINES*** I take pride in renting out my car. It will be delivered to you spotless, vacuumed, professionally detailed, cleaned and sanitized, and fully charged. Please choose “Prepaid EV Recharge” if you plan on not worrying and returning it not fully charged, or you will be charged. If you decide not to opt for the 'Prepaid EV recharge' option, it's important you return the car with between 81%-90% battery remaining. If returned with 80% or less battery you may be charged per Turo's policy. In case of a flat tire emergency, you will find a Fix-a-Flat tire sealant can in the trunk; please note you're responsible for flat tires and their costs. Please contact Turo’s roadside assistance, then contact me to coordinate a replacement or repair. No smoking. Please. Thank you. Turo’s guidelines will be strictly enforced (there will be a $250 fee should there be any smoke odors and/or evidence of smoking of any kinds, vapers included). $120 pet-fee if your loved one(s) ride with you. Once the vehicle is returned, if there are any additional fines/fees due, such as; tolls, tickets, taxes, parking fees, mileage overages, charging or idle fees, additional usage or late return fees, cleaning/ smoking fees, or damage to the car, then you will receive a message via the Turo app with the amount due.

• Can I charge the Tesla at home or at other non-Tesla charging stations?

  Yes. I will provide you with different adaptors, with a mobile connector that has a 20-foot cable that can charge the car from different wall outlets at medium to low speeds. You will find them in their own bag, in the trunk.

• How fast does it charge?

  Fast. Just try plugging into a Tesla Supercharger and you'll see what I mean. I will give you access to my account, and you will receive a bill (no surcharge) for all your charges, if any.

• How do I charge your electric car?

  Easy. You can charge anywhere. There are thousands of public charging stations and Tesla Superchargers. You can locate all charging stations through your touchscreen, via navigation and on the Tesla Find Us map. Tesla Supercharger stations are placed on well-traveled routes and dense urban centers, allowing your car to charge to 80% in about 30 minutes. Located near helpful amenities like coffee shops and travel plazas, Superchargers are designed to charge quickly and get you back on the road. Tesla’s Destination Charging network allows you to charge at thousands of convenient charging locations like local shopping centers, parking garages, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality locations. Find a Destination Charger or Supercharger near you. If you plan on using chargers outside of the Tesla Network, I will give you all sorts of adapter to expand your charging options (please don't damage/lose the adaptors, there is a $125 charge to replace them).

• What should I do if I get a flat tire?

  Please note you're responsible for flat tires and their costs. Good news is, if you accidentally get a flat tire, I advise you to immediately contact Turo’s roadside assistance, then contact me to coordinate a replacement or repair. If the damaged tire is repairable, it might be best for you to do so. If there's sidewall damage or the tire isn't repairable, I will give you approval to replace the tire with one of equal or greater quality. If the tire is repairable, you may repair it at your own cost. If the tire needs replacement, you will need our approval to replace the tire with one of equal quality. You will be responsible for flat tires if they accidentally damage the tire, or if the flat is a result of vandalism during their trip (see Turo's guidelines).

• Can I bring my pet(s)?

  Yes. This car really is pet-free, so if you would like to bring your loved one(s) aboard on this Tesla a $120 fee will apply (I will need everything to be professionally steamed and cleaned).

• What if I have a problem?

  Call my cell. I am always available. Always.

• Is the FL Sun Pass included?

  Yes. Pay per use. You will receive an invoice thru Turo at the end of your rental.

• GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?

  Factory GPS is included in this car. All Teslas come with *the best* GPS system ever.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?
