Our Delivery & Pick-up service between 11pm - 6am require 2 drivers. We do not charge extra for this, but use your conscience and know our drivers do accept gratuity... INSURANCE. This is how a DAMAGE CLAIM is handled: When the damage report is filed, we’ll charge you an initial damage coverage cost. The amount we charge depends on an initial assessment of the damage and on the protection plan you chose : Premier - $0** Standard – $500 Minimum – up to $3000, and no less than $500 Ultimate assessed costs can be up to the full value of the car, plus related costs. If you were charged a security deposit for your trip, we’ll subtract the initial damage coverage cost from that deposit. If the deposit does not fully cover the cost, we’ll charge your trip payment card for the balance. To rent this vehicle you MUST select one of 'TURO SHIELD PROTECTION'. Premium, Standard or Basic. If not your reservation will be declined. This can save TIME One-way rental is great if you wish for the vehicle to be picked up at a different location. There is a small fee. Keep your phone from dying, by using our Mobile POWER-BANK, which is optional. I am always thinking of my clients comfort, and so as not to offend any future clients: NO SMOKING. Some people have asthma and allergies. NO PETS ? It's super hard to get rid of animal hairs. UNLESS YOU CAN !! Please return the vehicle in the condition you got it. CLEAN !! ... or you can choose the pre-pay cleaning option. You can not pay with cash on most toll roads in Florida. This vehicle is equipped with SUNPASS for tolls, but you will have to pay these tolls after you return the vehicle, pus a $5 user fee. If you do not go through any tolls, you will not be charged. For advance reservations, which include pick-ups, and deliveries we are available. You can message us at anytime, and we will get back to you. Turo is available to take your calls at anytime. All Non Airport Delivery: We pick you up, then drive to the closest Tri-Rail Station, for the Key hand-off. You will return the vehicle at this same location, and the driver will transport you to the original delivery point.
Are the weekly rates the same as the daily rates.
No. We offer our clients the best deals for longer term rentals. Big discounts on the weekly & monthly rates.
What are some of your rules and fines ?
Customer did not replace the fuel they used. "$25 fee + Fuel cost" Customer went over the allowed mileage. "$1.14 for each additional mile" Customer brought the vehicle back dirty. "$50 cleaning fee" Customer returned the vehicle late. A hourly/daily fee will be charged. We provide several 'EXTRAS' which you can select BEFORE your trip starts. This can save you money, time and give you piece-of-mind !
Are pets allowed?
Maybe. PETS? It's super hard to get rid of animal hairs. UNLESS YOU CAN !! Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be applied.
Can I go through tolls with this vehicle ?
Yes. This vehicle is equipped with Sun-Pass, which allows you to go through all tolls in Florida. Do not stop at any toll plaza and pay cash. About 2days after your trip, Turo will advise you of your toll charges plus our $5 user fee. (If you did not go through any tolls, there is no charge).

Harold was an excellent host. He was on time (for both pick-up and drop-off), courteous, and easy to reach. When we ran into a minor snafu, he was quick to respond and fix the problem. Would gladly rent from him again!
