• Where will the car be dropped off/returned if airport delivery is selected?

  With your flight information, I can pick you up at passenger pick up shortly after you arrive. We will then drive to a freeway exit in Bountiful or back to my home (20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes West of I-15 freeway) for me to be dropped off and go over details. For return, you pick me up at a freeway exit in Bountiful and I will drop you off at departures. I am flexible and arrangements can be made to best suit the situation.

• How will it be handled if the host is unable to meet at the guest's designated pick up/return time at the vehicle's location?

  If the host is unable to meet at the designated time for pick up/return time at the vehicle's location, I will do a remote ID verification and check in/out and message you where to find/leave the key. I will remotely unlock the vehicle.

• How will it be handled if the host is unable to meet at the guest's designated pick up/return time for an airport delivery/return?

  If the host is unable to meet at the designated time and the pick up is at the airport, I will do a remote ID verification and check in, the vehicle will be left in an airport parking lot with the ticket/FOB (in a shield case). I will message you the car location (with pictures) and FOB location. I will unlock the vehicle remotely once you arrive/leave. The guest is responsible for the parking fee when picking up the vehicle (it will be left as close to the booking time as my schedule permits). The max daily rate is $10/hour and $1/hour. If I'm unable to meet at the return time, park the vehicle in economy parking and message me when leaving the car (with pictures of the location) and FOB location, leaving the ticket. The host will cover the parking expense at the end of the trip. I can lock the car remotely.

• What are the charging options and how long does it take to charge?

  The best place to charge is at a Tesla supercharging station. The nearest ones are in Salt Lake City, Draper, and Nephi. With the vehicle's navigation system, you can search for nearby supercharging stations. It takes about 40 minutes to fully charge from 50 or less miles...less time if battery is higher. Use of superchargers is FREE. For more convenient locations, you can also recharge at a Tesla destination charging station that are located all over at places like shopping malls and hotels (accessible to public). You can also charge at an electric vehicle charging stations, but the charging rate is slower and may or may not be free. An adapter is in the vehicle to use at these stations. • What charge level is required at return?

  Charge level should be at least 100 mile battery capacity for it to be considered 'full charge'. Plan to stop at charging station prior to return to fill to the recommended 100 miles battery capacity.

• How will drop off/return of vehicle be handled if 'guest location' is selected?

  I can drop off/return the vehicle to the guest's location if it's within 15 miles of the vehicle's location. I can meet you at the designated address and would need you to drive me to a freeway exit in Bountiful or my home to drop me off. For return, you would pick me up at a freeway exit in Bountiful or my home and I would drive you to your return destination.
