Pick up and Drop off site is a local park and ride. Once you arrive I will send you access to your Digital Key via Tesla App. Please download this app before the start of your visit. Once you accept the key you will unlock the car on the app and drive away. If you are unable to use the app I will remotely unlock the car and you will use the Tesla Key card for access.
Guidelines
Access: To enhance their vehicle experience, renters should download the Tesla app before starting their rental. The app allows control over locking/unlocking, checking charge status, and adjusting climate controls. FUEL/Battery: All vehicles are delivered at an 80% charge to protect the battery. Renters are requested to return the vehicle with at least a 50% charge. For flexibility, consider our extras to drop off the car at any charge state above 10%. Please do not increase the charge rate beyond 80% for regular or daily trips. I will charge a $20 fee per violation. Damage to the battery will occur. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in the vehicle. Smoking Policy: “NO SMOKING or VAPING.” A zero-tolerance policy is in place. Smoking inside the vehicle will result in a $150 fee.
