Some features You will remember the electrically adjustable steering wheel as part of the memory seating position. The fact that the seat adjusts to your driving position when starting and retracts when stopping. The Mark Levenson sound system is the best I’ve ever heard in any car. The sometimes maligned trackpad is extremely easy to use, just adding to the excellent user interface overall. Expect the RX to be quiet and it doesn’t disappoint. The RX is like a pillow top mattress over the any section. The 20” Michelin tires add to the comfort. My RX include the luxury package, heads up display, heated and cooled seats, triple beam LED headlights, Sunroof and leather upholstery. Overall it is a well put together package.

Luis had incredible communication and his SUV was comfortable, reliable and perfect for my needs on the Vineyard. I hope/plan to use it again next time I’m in the area. A+ experience.

Luis turned a very stressful situation (a car owner cancelled only hours before our trip began — the 2nd time an owner cancelled the trip) into a positive experience. He accepted the reservation from a Turo rep who called Luis to ensure he could accommodate our needs. He was at Boston Logan earlier than promised and didn’t rush us. The car is a bit older (2016) so it has aged some and the newer models likely have smoothed out some of the features. Its lane navigation and spacing sensors seem to be a bit sensitive. It doesn’t have Apple Car Play and some of the useful features that my personal newer vehicle has. The car is in great condition for being a 7-8 yr old car. Luis clearly maintains it well. It was reliable, air worked well and there’s plenty of space in the cargo area (we had two very large suitcases in it). Upon our return to Logan, Luis was again earlier than promised, which was super helpful, and the exchange was seamless. Luis’ communication is always excellent and prompt. The fact that he made a last-minute reservation happen was also incredibly amazing and appreciated.
