Great vehicle for our journey to five states in the area. James was proactive, friendly, and easy to work with. The vehicle is fun, in great shape, and clean. Highly recommend this Jeep for your adventure.

James was great. Super easy to deal with. The Jeep is virtually brand new and in great shape so aside from pick up and drop off didn’t really talk to James. Didn’t need to didn’t have any problems. It was easy to get to from the Amtrak station. We chose to Uber, but you could just as easily take the train. It is 5-7 minutes in the Uber. The jeep was right where he said it would be parked and he unlocked it the minute we got there. Things could not have gone any smoother. Great weather so as soon as we got the jeep unpacked at the hotel, we took the top down.and went cruising around. Easy up and down with the top and on and off with the side panels and back window. I YouTube it to see how it will go up and down made it super easy. I would not hesitate to rent from James again. I would expect that all of his vehicles are in similar shape and he was great to deal with.
