Hi Brook, I take cleanliness very seriously. A guest prior to your trip violated Turo’s no-smoking policy. I immediately filed a damage claim, reported the guest, and treated the vehicle with an ozone fogger before your rental. I appreciate your INITIAL 5-star rating and I’m sorry the residual odor led to a change. This was caused by a prior guest, not a reflection of my standard. The issue has been fully resolved.
