I couldn’t have been any happier with Tianshuang’s flexibility and service. Despite my own problems, he was more than accommodating and friendly. I will certainly look to book with him next time I am in Chicago.

Tianshuang was a great host. His 2016 BMW X5 was washed and fueled prior to his early arrival to pick myself and a coworker up. He always messaged back promptly with instructions and/or confirmation of receipt of my message. He allowed us to drop off early and provided us a ride to transport. Super nice guy and really friendly conversation. If you rent from him you won't be disappointed.
