Thank you for looking at Platinum Property Partner's 2022 Rubican Jeep with a 392 specialty engine that has 470 horse power, and a 6.4 liter Hemi V8 engine. This vehicle is equipped with smart technology including a EZ PASS Transponder (#04595928) and has the ability to adjust the exhaust levels with the push of a button. There's even a button for the retractable roof which allows you to open up the entire roof at your convenience. It is our goal to rent this vehicle to individuals who are responsible while enjoying it. Please obey traffic laws to ensure the safety of yourself and others. AS WELL, KEEP IN MIND: • No street racing! We cannot stress this enough. • The car is equipped with a device that monitors its condition in real time to ensure it is always running excellently. It tracks any abuse or misuse of the vehicle. Please be mindful, as this is a high performance vehicle. • No smoking of any substance ($250 minimum cleaning fee). • No pets ($150 cleaning fee). • Please refuel tank with 93 octane and present receipt upon return. • If you choose to wash the car's exterior, only do so by hand. No drive through car washes. If you would like to avoid car washes, you may opt in by buying the Extra via app. • All rental extensions must be submitted within the app. If the car is available, we will always accept. • Wheels and tires will be photographed before and after each trip. • Enjoy the vehicle as if it were your own, so the next client can enjoy the same experience you did! *Things can go wrong and are expensive to fix. ***REQUIRED READING*** Thank you for your interest in Platinum Property Partners vehicle, we will partner with you as you use this particular vehicle in every way possible, but we have guidelines that need to be addressed, and agreed upon. These guidelines will help guide you through what we as your Partner will provide, and in turn what you as our Partner will be responsible for. As you are requesting the use of our vehicle through Turo we ask that you contact us as soon as you can after having reserved any one of our vehicles so that we can communicate with you concerning your reservation needs, and our reservation expectations. Before this conversation you should be prepared to provide Platinum Property Partners with the following: 1. A very clear photo of your VALID Driver's License in the form of a "Selfie", this will be the first of two identification verifications that we will ask for from you as our Partner 2. Your current and VALID Proof of Insurance as this show that you are responsible for your very own vehicle 3. A verified Credit or Debit Card so that we can place holds on if necessary These three Guidelines will help both you and Platinum Property Partners before, during, and after you reserve any one of our vehicles. Once we have completed our due diligence, we will meet you with our vehicle where you will finish the identification procedure by allowing our Partner to take a photo of your VALID Driver's License along with your picture, after this our Partner will walk your through our vehicle (inside and out) so that you as our Partner will be able to agree that our vehicle was given to you in an immaculate state, that the Gas Tank is full with Premium grade fuel, and to answer any questions or concerns that you may have about our vehicle. Once both Partners are satisfied you will be REQUIRED to sign our Partner Agreement Contract stating your satisfaction with our vehicle as well as you accepting COMPLETE and FULL responsibility for ANY and ALL damages while our vehicle is in your care. The Partner Agreement Contract will further guide you as to how to follow through with Platinum Property Partners in the case of any emergencies or if you may need additional assistance from one of our Partners. It will also serve to help identify you as the responsible Partner while driving our vehicle if you are stopped by any Law Enforcement Official, and it will also serve as your consent to ANY and ALL Service Charges being applied upon the return of our vehicle. PLEASE NOTE Reservations made between 1AM-8AM require a 24 hour notice. We want to accommodate as many reservations as possible, so if you need early pickup please make your reservation in advance. CONCIERGE DROP-OFF SERVICE Platinum Property Partners will drop this vehicle off at a location of your choice within our travel range! If your location is outside of our range, please let us know so that we can try to accommodate your reservation.
Will Platinum Property Partners make sure that the gas tank is full before you get into any one of our vehicles?
The answer is absolutely YES! All of our vehicles are high end, and therefore use only PREMIUM grades of fuel. We require that when you return our vehicle to us that the gas tank be full, the last receipt from the Gas Station showing the price per gallon as well as the total in order for this policy to be adhered to, and if the gas tank isn't returned full there will be a service charge placed on the Credit Card you use reflecting what Platinum Property Partners had to use in order to rectify your mistake.
Are there any additional requirements that Platinum Property Partners will request from anyone when requesting the use of this vehicle?
The answer is absolutely YES! We will require you to take a selfie of yourself with your current valid Driver's License as well as to provide us with proof of Insurance before using this vehicle. As a policy we will not allow anyone who holds a Provisional Learner's or Driver Licenses nor will we allow anyone under the age of 30 the use of any one of our vehicles, we reserve the right to exercise these as all of our vehicles are high end vehicles, and as such requires us as a company to be very cautious with all of our vehicles. If there is no communication prior to you arriving to pick up one of our vehicles we will cancel your reservation due to you not adhering to one or more of the above-mentioned additional requirements, we reserve the right to do our own due diligence when anyone places a reservation on any of our vehicles and ask that you as a consumer respect our vehicles as you would respect your very own vehicles.
Are there any additional fees that Platinum Property Partners will require payment be made after anyone returns one of our vehicles?
The answer is absolutely YES! We have very strict Operating Processes in place for all of our vehicles, and here are a few of our Operating Processes: 1. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OUR VEHICLES! There will be a service charge of $250 placed on the Credit Card you use if there is ANY hint or evidence of ANY form of Tobacco, this includes ALL LEGAL AND ILLEGAL PRODUCTS, and you will not have the privilege of reserving any of our vehicles in the future. 2. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN OUR VEHICLES! There will be a service charge of $175 placed on the Credit Card you use if there is ANY hint or evidence of ANY pets, and you will not have the privilege of reserving any of our vehicles in the future. 3. ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED! When you are given the keys to one of our vehicles you will find that that particular vehicle is immaculate inside and out! Therefore, we expect that our vehicle will be returned to us in a near perfect condition, and if not, there will be a service charge placed on the Credit Card you use between $175-$500 depending upon the amount of work needed in order for our company to return that particular vehicle back to an immaculate state. 4. LATE RETURNS & MILE OVERAGES. These are handled internally through the back office of Turo, and we advise anyone who uses any one of our vehicles to read and follow Turo's procedures when returning our vehicle back to us later than the contracted or allotted time as well as going over the included miles while using our vehicle.
Can we use Platinum Property Partners' 2022 Jeep Rubicon 392 to go Off Roading?
ABSOULTELY NOT! We will have our Rubicon 392 checked before as well as after your reservation to see if you used it Off Road, and if there are any signs of Off Road use, we will immediately place a claim with Turo against you to recover any and all damages!
