What's NOT allowed with our Model X? - No smoking - No pets - Do not let the car's battery go below 20 miles of range or it can damage the battery and a fee will be assessed for the damage If either smoking or foul smells are noticed upon return, an expensive cleaning fee will be assessed. What are other things I should consider? - Please return the car with at least the same amount of battery charge or you can opt to pay the $40 and return at a lesser amount. - When using Tesla’s Supercharger network, please do not let the vehicle idle once it is fully charged. Tesla charges $1.00 for every minute that the vehicle is idling while fully charged, this will be billed back to you at the end of your booking - Tesla's Autopilot features, while incredible, are still in Beta, so please pay attention while using these features. Please only use it on the freeway and always keep your hands on the wheel.
