Please try to put the drop off time as close to the time you will be there as possible, as the cars can be booked two hours after your trip ends- ***there is a parking garage fee when leaving the garage- ranging from $2-$24*** THIS IS A NO SMOKING-NO PETS CAR! A FEE OF $250 WILL BE ADDED AT THE END OF THE TRIP IF DONE SO. Have car seats for babys, toddlers, and older kids for a small extra fee. Cars are GPS tracked (with air-tags) solely for security purposes.

We recently rented a car through Turo for a family trip, and while the host was exceptionally friendly and communicative, our experience was marred by significant issues. The host was very upfront, responded right away, and had great communication throughout our rental period.
However, the car gave us several scares, including breaking down in Jacksonville, 2.5 hours away from Orlando. Unfortunately, Turo's customer service was not helpful at all. Despite having a party of 7, Turo only offered a $75 voucher for transportation back to the Orlando airport to pick up a replacement vehicle and return to Jacksonville to pick up my family. This was incredibly inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to our trip.
While we appreciated the host's efforts, the overall experience with Turo left much to be desired. We hope Turo improves its customer service and support for future renters.

The host was great !! Picking up the vehicle was very easy , very detailed where to find the vehicle in the airport parking. The truck drove wonderful and was definitely enough space for me and my family. I would highly recommend this truck if you have a big family like I do and need to get around . When visiting the city again I would definitely use this vehicle again.
