PLEASE read the following: **VERY IMPORTANT**: Since we do contactless drop off for the vehicle, we are not able to personally verify your driver’s license. We know Turo already verified your driver’s license. However, Turo STILL REQUIRES the host to verify it one more time. ** ONLY UPLOAD YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TRIP OR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR CHECK-IN TIME** We must verify that the driver’s license is not expired, the name on the driver’s license matches the name of the primary guest and we must verify the date of birth. As proof, here is the link from Turo that states a host must verify the renter’s driver’s license: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203991680-How-to-check-in-a-guest- You will receive the vehicle cleaned inside/out and with a full tank of gas. Please bring it back the same way you receive it. There is NO SMOKING in the vehicle. NO marijuana or cigarettes. If you bring marijuana inside, please make sure it's properly sealed. If the smell lingers, it will get stuck in the vents and you are fully responsible for that. There will be a full charge. We are here to serve you and help you have a wonderful trip! We clean and disinfect with professional antibacterial products before delivery to every customer. If the cars are returned noticeably dirtier meaning stained seats, trash all over the car, etc we will charge a cleaning fee. Cars will come with a full tank of gas, please return it in the same manor. Turo policy states that if the vehicle is not brought back with the same fuel level as received you will be charged the cost of gas plus a $10 inconvenience fee. Please understand all cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. When the car is returned if there is any lingering unpleasant smell it will be reported to Turo and an additional $150 will be charged for detail and cleaning services. **AIRPORT GUESTS** We keep our delivery fee’s as low as possible but we do ask that the guest understands we utilize the airport parking lot that we do not have a relationship with, there will be a $20 fee when exiting the airport when you arrive and we will pay the $20 ticket when you depart. Thank you! Our team will have your car delivered to the airport parking lot for you within 24 hours of your trip. It may be the evening before or the morning before depending on your arrival time and my teams work load. We are currently servicing 30+ vehicles to guests at the airport and our home town 40 minutes away but the parking fee will never be over $20 unless your flight is delayed by several hours. At that point we will attempt to go out to the airport and change the ticket for you so its still within the 24 hour window. Thanks for your understanding!
