Horrible experience! Key didn’t work upon arrival at my house. Was promoted to stop to auto zone mid trip to get the key battery changed. Noticed loud rattle on outside of car sounds almost like oil was burning out of car or motor issues. Further along the trip, upon entry in a new state my 80 year old uncle (thank God he was there) had to pull over and pull a covering from under the car by the tire off . When reporting this to the owner, it was relayed that it was minor , not to worry about it and it needed to be snapped back, well it came apart while driving and we were forced to pull over middle of the night to take the part off in order to continue the drive safely. Staff was prompt when responding to these matters; however, for a 8 hour drive with elderly family members and the amount of money paid I feel these things should have been inspected well before handing the car off to someone!
