Please take a moment to read our FAQ’s which may answer some questions you may have. TASK RETURN POLICY: 1. Using Regular gas please make sure tank is fueled to the same level in which you picked it up 2. Wipe off all floor mats and seats 3. Wipe down visible hand marks 4. Take pictures of the car from all angles including gas, mileage, and KEY FOB then upload them to Turo so you won't be responsible for any marks/damage DO'S & DON'TS ✔Eating and Drinking are not welcomed in the car ✔My lovely renters are financially responsible for any wear and tear to the exterior and interior of the car during the rental period. ❌ No smoking or vaping of any kind ❌ Please NO alcohol. ❌ Please at no point should you allow the gas to be on empty FEES 💰 Additional charge for heavy-duty cleaning up to $250 💰 Curb rash damage to the rim : $150.00 per rim 💰 Post trip cleanup fee: $25 💰 Smoking fee: $50.00-$150.00 💰 No pets/animals 💰 Car fuel fee: Car MUST be returned at the same level it was picked up at, nothing less (fuel receipts can be placed in the glove box) 💰 All tickets accrued during your reservation will be charged to you upon receipt 💰 Ther is NO I-Pass/ E-Z Pass or any other automatic toll device in/on the vehicle. Please make sure you have cash payments ready/available. In the event a toll is missed. You can pay online using the vehicles registration information found in the glove box. Failure to pay tolls will result in a $20-$50 fine per citation, and Turo will automatically bill your account upon receipt. 💰 Vehicles returned LATE will be charged a non-prorated hourly fee. 💰 Vehicles returned over the allocated miles will be charged an additional fee. 💰 No booking for other people (please read Turo's policy on how to add a driver prior to the start of your booking) 💰No commercial use WITHOUT PERMISSION.   • Can we modify the reservation once it’s booked?

    Reservations can be modified; however, this vehicle is on instant book which means there can be a small window to modify your pick up and/drop off time, and we may not be available or as flexible at the moment so please be mindful of that by double checking your travel itineraries before booking this vehicle.

  • I need to drop the car prior to catching my flight?

    It’s recommended to allow yourself plenty of time to arrive to the airport. We suggest arriving 2 hours prior to your departure time. This will allow you to book your reservation accordingly. This way you don’t have to rush and run the risk of missing your flight.
