Parking details

Parking along the curb is widely open. Just avoid parking in front of any fire hydrants. Curbs are high so be care when exiting the vehicle. Parking is across from Texas Press Association.

Guidelines

1. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside the vehicle is allowed. Any signs of smoking or any type of marijuana lingering smell in the car we will report to Turo and charges in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. 2. Although we love our fur babies just as much as anyone we ask that pets aren’t allowed in this vehicle. Any signs of a pet being in the vehicle will incur a $150 cleaning fee assessed (Odor/Hair/Waste). This is only due to health concerns for future guest. 3. You will be responsible for all toll, express fees, parking tickets, tow charges & any other fine/fee within your trip and will be charged for them at the end of the trip. 4. Vehicle should be returned with a full tank of gas. We will always provide you a full tank on pick-up. A refueling fee will be charged if not returned the same. 5. We expect the vehicle in the same clean conditions as it was provided! We understand weather can be a issue with cleaning at times and we will take that in consideration but please do you best before retuning. There are cleaning fees that will be charged for returning the vehicle dirty. 6. We want to make this a great experience! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to accommodate and make this a great experience!   • How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

    Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges, parking tickets or any other fees incurred during your trip . At the end of each trip all charges will be tallied and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.

  • How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

    Please contact Turo Customer Support as we do not provide Technical Support.

  • Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?

    All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect for you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car to be tidy upon return. All personal items and trash removed, quick vacuum and wash if need.

  • How Does Communication Work?

    Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by someone of staff, while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.

  • Where is The Pick-Up Location?

    The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details.

  • Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?

    Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after that is perfectly fine. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, pending that the vehicle is available.

  • What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?

    Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
