Best Turo rental that we’ve had. Pickup and drop off were super smooth. This was a last minute reservation because there were no rental cars at the airport.

Car was great! Pick up and Drop off/communication was the only issue. They did make it right with pick up, but drop off still attempting to resolve. Contacted one week prior to trip to figure out arrangements was told pick up/drop off would be in person at airport gate at reservation times; upon our arrival it took 45 minutes for car to arrive despite trying to reach out at our layover and message being read but no response. Host did make it right though and co-host was very nice at pick up. Drop off arrangements were changed and was told to leave in garage. We did as instructed but later was invoiced full rate of garage despite it being hourly and us dropping off at our reservation time. We never agreed or were told we would be responsible and original arrangements were that the (co)host would meet us at airport for drop off. Host was very nice and never rude and car was nice. Would use again but would attempt to communicate more.

Great car rental even got picked up at the south terminal. Nice service
