Luxury Rental Guidelines We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards for our luxury vehicles, and we ask that you treat them with the utmost care and respect. Please review the following guidelines carefully. By renting our vehicle, you agree to abide by these terms. --- 1. Mileage & Travel Restrictions **Maximum Travel Radius: 100 Miles from Austin, TX** Travel outside a 100-mile radius of Austin, TX is strictly prohibited unless you have received prior written approval. Unauthorized travel beyond this distance will result in additional fees and may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement. --- 2. Speed Limits Maximum Speed: 100 MPH Driving over 100 mph is not permitted. Any instance of excessive speeding will result in the immediate termination of the rental, along with potential fines or penalties. --- 3. Fuel Requirements Premium 93 Octane Fuel Only * Please refuel with 93 octane premium gas before returning the vehicle. * Leave the fuel receipt inside the vehicle. * If not refueled, a $10 service fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged. --- 4. Smoking Policy Absolutely No Smoking – Including Marijuana Any sign of smoke odor or residue will result in a $150 cleaning and decontamination fee. --- 5. Pets No Pets Preferred If travel with a pet is necessary, ensure the vehicle is kept clean. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage, including scratches or fur. Pets may not be left unattended. --- 6. Car Wash & Cleanliness Hand Wash Only – No Automatic Car Washes * The vehicle will be delivered clean. * Excessively dirty returns may incur a $150 cleaning fee. --- 7. Driving Behavior No Racing, Burnouts, or Aggressive Driving Harsh driving behavior will trigger notifications and may result in penalties for excessive wear or damage. This includes sudden acceleration, hard braking, and tire spinning. --- 8. Off-Road Use No Off-Roading or Muddy Terrain Do not drive on unpaved or muddy roads. This vehicle is not equipped for such conditions and may be damaged as a result. --- 9. Monitoring & Tracking GPS & Telematics Monitoring This vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking, factory-installed systems, and aftermarket tracking (including AirTags). Vehicle location, speed, dash camera and usage are actively monitored for safety purposes. --- 10. Violations & Penalties Violating any of these guidelines including exceeding the travel radius, speeding, aggressive driving, or unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of the rental. Additional charges may apply, and legal action may be pursued if necessary. --- **Note:** The high-performance ceramic brakes may produce squeaking sounds during use this is normal and not a mechanical issue.
