Car was in the accident during the time of this Booking request, Booking person was told about incident as earliest as possible.

I was charged with more than a day worth of rental because the car was returned “late” according to the renter. In reality, the car was picked up at 9 pm so return time should be 9 pm since you rent full days, right? I returned it around 9. I wouldn’t recommend renting here again, the car was delivered with the tank almost empty. I returned almost full but OF COURSE, that was not even mentioned by the renter and no refund for that. Go rent cars in the old rental companies because cars end up being cheaper and cars are brand new.

The car was returned 4-5 hours from booking return time, late charge fee is due to fact of delay from booking vehicle return ending time & interference with next schedule booking start time that was caused by tardiness. All fees are fully described and noted in vehicle description.

Car was an hour and 20 minutes late, it was dirty and no compensation was offered as a result of this. Communication was a little delayed but over they did respond to my messages.
