This was one of the smoothest car rental experiences I have ever done! Would definitely recommend and will be using again! They dropped off the car right at the pickup area of the airport and picked it up at the same place! Did t have to wait in a line or wait like at the normal car rental area of the airport! Was so worth it!!

Elektrica Rentals made my trip to Austin easy and convenient. The Honda Pilot was fully loaded and was in a clean and sanitized state when I met to pickup the car. Elektrica kept the line of communication open. I let them know I was running 15 minutes late to return the vehicle. They told me it was not a problem. I would recommend utilizing this vehicle or any other vehicle in the Elektrica fleet of Turo rentals.

Great gas mileage, and the way the seats fold in the back opens up a ton of space for bags. We had a great time on our trip thanks to Tommy and his rental. The car was exactly what we needed; it held a lot of people and a lot of luggage with plenty of room to spare. We didn't have any issues figuring out how everything works in the car and if we had any issues, I know that Tommy would have done everything he could to help us out. He was very flexible with the pickup and drop off and made it super easy for us exchange. Definetly a great rental, especially for the price. We would 100% rent it again of we were planning another trip to Austin.

Great car, clean, and the third row gave tons of room for 5 people plus bags. My first Turo rental and I am completely satisfied. Pickup and drop off from the parking lot near the airport was easy thanks to the detailed communication. Side note for future renters, you may need to factor in extra shuttle time if using the South Terminal in Austin, as you will shuttle to the Main Terminal first, then the parking. I am very happy and would rent from Turo, and from SwiftRentz in the future.

Adnan's Honda HR-V was perfect for our trip in and around Austin, San Antonio, and the surrounding areas. Bluetooth, superb gas mileage, and decent amounts of seating and storage space. AUS airport pickup & drop-off was a breeze. As a host Adnan was available promptly for any questions and concerns. The next time I am in the Austin area I will definitely consider Adnan again.

This was by far the best rental car experience we have had. The communication was outstanding. We have a large family, including a toddler and having the ease of the vehicle brought to baggage claim when we arrived and then returning it at the departure area for our airline was awesome!! We will be renting from Royal the next time we are in the Austin area for sure!!

Royal is fantastic. The level of customer service and communication was outstanding. He was flexible with meeting me at the airport as my flight was early. The car was pristine, looked brand new and drove exceptionally. Lots of extra features and safety settings which are helpful in a city like Austin. I will definitely rent from them again when I’m Austin.

Never using a regular car rental company again. This was so easy. We had to abandon our rental through Budget because the wait was 3 hours long. Then we decided to try to Turo and it was seamless and quick and much more affordable. Richard got me the car to the airport within an hour and a half. Car was clean and ran great.

the car was very clean both inside and outside. also in a great condition both mechanically and visually leaving the customer no worries about anything. the owner also left couple chargers, napkins and etc. Which is a rare find for a Turo car. overall, very satisfied with the quality of service and availability of the owner in case of questions! lastly, the paid roads were also covered in the price. satisfied all around. Lashondra’s Honda HRV was waiting for us at the airport parking lot as described, although my ignorance of employee parking vs public parking confused me - I was able to find the car w/ her help - the car was immaculate, ran very well and the drop off coordination also went smoothly - Lashondra was communicative & despite this being my first Turo experience, Her thoughtful & timely communication allowed my first experience to be incident free. This SUV was great for transporting decor and food for a girls weekend - it held everything I was bringing and then some! The host answered any questions I had immediately (hey, where’s the gas lever?!) and she was overall just super pleasant to work with. Her car was also easy to access in a covered garage. I’d recommend her if you want a great experience!

Raymund make sure the car was accessible at the airport when we arrived, was responsive and even helps us out of jam by extending our rental when our flight home was cancelled at the last minute.
