Wow, where to start? The car I initially rented was returned to Juan with damage before I could pick it up, so he offered to upgrade me to my choice of cars that would have been considerably more expensive. And said not to worry about charging it before I returned it. Then, he remotely rescued me twice when I locked the key fob in the car. He could not have been kinder or more patient. I hope to rent from him again.
