We take safety seriously and upon inspection we discovered a minor issue that could have potentially cause an issue while rented. As a responsible host we couldn’t allow you to drive an unsafe vehicle. I understand the frustration especially since it was cancelled just an hour of pick up, but your safety is our # 1 priority.
