After you have your bags, exit the terminal at level 5. 2a. For WEST: Exit at door 504, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign. 2b. For EAST: Exit at door 513, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign. 3. 🪧Once at the “ParkDIA” sign, enter the next shuttle to arrive. You will not need to show anything to enter the shuttle. 4. Tell the driver you are picking up from the “CarShare” lot, uncovered, Row A "Blue". 5a. 🔑 KEYS for TuroGo: During check-in, a prompt will unlock the vehicle. The keys will be inside in the passenger glove box inside an RFID-blocking pouch. Do not lose the RFID pouch. 5b. 🔑KEYS for normal Turo: There will be a lockbox on the driver window, I will send you the code for it. The keys are inside the lockbox. After entering the vehicle, roll down the window, remove the lockbox, and store it somewhere secure in the vehicle until the end of your trip. **You can tell if your trip is TuroGo by checking the "Details" section in your reservation. You can pick up anytime, the shuttle runs 24/7.
Do I need to wash/clean the vehicle before returning?
No - in normal cases I do all the cleaning after guests return the vehicle, including disinfecting. There is a fee for excessive cleaning (see Turo policies).
Do I need to pay for parking at the airport?
No - I do all my pickups/returns at a private lot, you do not need to pay for parking.
Can I smoke marijuana in this vehicle?
Smoking of any substance in this vehicle will result in devastating shrinkage of genitalia.
Will I be charged for tolls?
Tolls are charged after the trip is complete.
Where is the button to open the fuel flap?
Right next to the driver's seat on the floor. Sometimes the floor mat covers the button.
Can you deliver the vehicle for me?
I only deliver vehicles to DEN airport at ParkDIA. Because of security and logistical issues I do not offer delivery to other locations or other airport lots.

As a first time user of Turo, Jordan’s instructions made the process super simple. Everything was thought out and put in the messages clearly. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.
He was a few minutes late getting the car to our pickup location. He messaged me in the app to let me know he was going to be a bit late and stayed in contact with updates until it was dropped off. He contacted me in plenty enough time for us to just catch breakfast at the airport so it wasn’t a big deal. He apologized for the slight delay and offered to let us return the car later than scheduled to make it right.
Now, let’s talk about the car. I picked this car because I’m a car guy and this one tickled my fancy. However, I also knew that snow was a big possibility considering the dates we picked to vacation. The weather decided to bless us with about ten inches the night before we left. We got caught in the storm coming back in to town. The car never missed a beat. It never spun, it never slid, it just went as if the pavement was dry. While others were stuck on the side of the road, or spinning everywhere they went, we were able to just cruise on past. The car was pretty fantastic. If you are worried about the snow at all, just pick this one.
Next time we go to Denver, I’ll definitely look for this one again, or rent a different one from Jordan.
