Guidelines
We highly recommend a rooftop carrier for luggage if more than five passengers due to the third row seats taking up cargo. Guest responsible for tolls and tickets incurred during trip! Guest responsible for all damage occurred during trips and we upload over 100 pre trip images and suggest you return clean enough for you to record post trip images. Turo has strict no Off Road policy and guest is responsible for all damage incurred! High output twin turbo needs premium fuel! Absolutely no smoking or vaping in this brand new SUV. $150 fine Please help us keep it nice and avoid leaning skis or gear against the paint. Do not sit or set items on on hood or roof. Tree branch damage is not normal wear and tear! Choosing DIA the vehicle will be Parked at Park DIA with free shuttles that run 24 hours per day year round 5-7 minutes from Terminal. Detailed messages will be sent through Turo Messages in the app outlining all pick up and return procedures to ensure a smooth check in and out.. Please note our fleet only serves Denver International Airport. We don’t offer delivery or deviate from our exclusive lot. No other pick up and return option is available at Denver International Airport and you must return to the same lot you retrieved it! Improper return fines and fees apply for violation of Turo’s agreement with Denver International Airport so we do not deviate from Park DIA shuttle lot and you will be charged for not returning where you picked up.
