We are thrilled to welcome you to our car rental service and would like to take a moment to share our guidelines with you. Firstly, we want to assure you that we take your health and safety very seriously. To that end, we disinfect the car before and after each rental, so you can be confident that you are renting a clean and safe vehicle. We kindly request that there is absolutely no smoking in our car. We ask for your cooperation in this matter, as it is important to maintain a fresh and clean environment for all renters. We also ask that you refrain from off-roading or rock climbing on steep courses. Our vehicle is not equipped for these activities, and any damages resulting from such activities will not be covered by Turo insurance. When you return the car, please ensure that you fill up the gas tank before you hand back the keys or passcode for the lockbox. This helps ensure that the next renter can begin their trip without delay. Please be aware that mileage starts from when we hand you the key or passcode for the lockbox, and gas level starts from when we drove from our location. If you travel on Colorado toll roads during your rental, please be aware that they are all photo enforced. You will be responsible for the cost of any tolls incurred during your trip. In the unlikely event that we receive any tickets or fines related to your rental, we will reimburse you for the payment through Turo application. Pets are not allowed in our car, as some renters may have allergies or phobias. It is important to note that Turo prohibits off-roading and towing, and any damages resulting from such activities will not be covered by Turo insurance. When you check out, please ensure that you remove all of your belongings and trash from the vehicle. This helps ensure that the car is clean and ready for the next renter. We do not expect you to clean or disinfect the car before returning it to us. However, please be aware that if you return the car in a condition that suggests irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may report the issue to Turo. If evidence clearly shows that cleaning is required, we will charge a cleaning violation fee of $150 plus a 3% processing fee. In some cases, we may also remove you from Turo at our discretion.
