• How easy is the pick up / drop off process?

  Pick up and drop off are contactless, using a window lockbox. You will receive detailed instructions on how the process goes, broken down step by step. Very simple and straightforward.

• What happens if I need roadside assistance?

• What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?

  To maintain this vehicle's engine capability of operating at a premium level, I ask you to please put premium fuel in when you fill up or top off. Thank you for understanding!

• What if I Need Extra Mileage?

  We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase this extra. Otherwise, Turo will charge a per/mile charge over the allotted mileage, which varies depending on the car - details are on the trip details page of the app. I encourage downloading the Turo app!

• How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

• How Do tolls and HOV lanes work?

  Transponder ID#: 7825208 This vehicle is equipped with a toll pass and in some instances an HOV (3+ passengers) switching transponder. It gives you a discount on tolls and allows you to drive through the Express Lane. Instead of taking a picture of the license plate and paying full price, you will get a discount. Within one month after your trip ends, you'll receive an invoice for your tolls. Again, if you have the switchable unit (located below the rearview mirror), tolls are All FREE if you remember to switch to RED, which is the HOV indicator. • What are the expectations regarding cleaning the car before returning it?

  Please return the vehicle as you received it, per Turo's guidelines. Remove all personal items from inside the vehicle including trash. Please allow yourself a little extra time before the drop off to wash and vacuum the vehicle, if it is necessary. We will do the final cleaning/wipe down and sanitization before the next rental. Thank you for your help in this area of the rental.

• What add-ons or extras you provide?

  Unlimited mileage, Prepaid fuel, Coolers, Luggage racks, Gear racks, Child safety seats to name a few. If you have any special requests, it never hurts to ask!

• Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?

  Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after the scheduled time, is perfectly ok. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend your trip that is also acceptable, pending that the vehicle is available. Communicate early on in the trip if you think you may need to extend and we will do our best to make it available for you.
