No smoking of any kind nor drug or alcohol use in the vehicle. No pets, unless there is prior communication, well in advance. Turo's smoke removal and animal cleanup fees will apply if evidence is seen.

Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after the scheduled time, is perfectly ok. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend your trip that is also acceptable, pending that the vehicle is available. Communicate early on in the trip if you think you may need to extend and we will do our best to make it available for you.
How easy is the pick up / drop off process?
Pick up and drop off are contactless, using a window lockbox or remote unlock. You will receive detailed instructions on how the process goes, broken down step by step. Very simple and straightforward.
What add-ons or extras you provide?
Unlimited mileage, Prepaid fuel, Coolers, Luggage racks, Gear racks, Child safety seats to name a few. If you have any special requests, it never hurts to ask!
What happens if I need roadside assistance?

What are the expectations regarding cleaning the car before returning it?
Please return the vehicle as you received it, per Turo's guidelines. Remove all personal items from inside the vehicle including trash. Please allow yourself a little extra time before the drop off to wash and vacuum the vehicle, if it is necessary. We will do the final cleaning/wipe down and sanitization before the next rental. Thank you for your help in this area of the rental.

What if I Need Extra Mileage?
We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase this extra. Otherwise, Turo will charge a per/mile charge over the allotted mileage, which varies depending on the car - details are on the trip details page of the app. I encourage downloading the Turo app!
How Do tolls and HOV lanes work?
Transponder ID#: 7646412 This vehicle is equipped with a toll pass and in some instances an HOV (3+ passengers) switching transponder. It gives you a discount on tolls and allows you to drive through the Express Lane. Instead of taking a picture of the license plate and paying full price, you will get a discount.

Our experience with Chase was hands down our best thus far with Turo. This is truly what it means to be an All-Star Host! From the superb communication, to an awesome vehicle in the Bronco, attention is definitely in the details with this host.
Beginig with the listing, it was apparent that Chase was a seasoned host. Everything I needed to know to select my vehicle was clear and concise in the listing. The photos made me want to just hop right in that Bronco. I knew what was expected of me and I knew what to expect from my host as it was all clearly laid out. I appreciated the detailed instructions and reminders at set intervals of the trip.
The Bronco was in immaculate shape just as the photos had shown (sometimes this is not the case when you pick-up the vehicl ;) To my delight, there were even little bonuses equipped witin the vehicle, like car chargers, phone holders, show/ice scrappers and rugged floor mats. These very well may have been left behind from previous customers, at least Chase paid it forward for those of us who may have forgotten an item back home. Many hosts want to charge extra for every little thing! I saw this as not only and investment in Chase's vehicle but a small investment in me as a returning customer.
Chase was very flexible and accommodating as our travel plans had changed the day of arrival and departure. He was very reasonable and even offered to share some of the added cost. This speaks volumes to his customer service attitude. I was treated with kindness and decency, not like just another rental reservation number.
Again, these were all small details that made a big impact on my trip with Chase. I will be back for future trips, most likely for that Bronco. I would definitely recommend any of the fleet of vehicles based on this experience!

I do provide those little items as much as I possibly can...sometimes they get "legs" and run away with previous guests, but I know that is not usually intentional, they are just in a rush to get to the airport and not miss a flight.
