Please inform me after booking at least 3 days before trip. ✔︎ Seats 5. Leather interior. ✔︎ Audio input port & premium sound. ✔︎ USB charging ports for front and rear passengers. * VEHICLES DETAILS - IMPORTANT NOTE to all renters. Due to incident which happened during a rental, there is minor cosmetic ding on the passenger side rear corner. There is also another on the rear hatch and top part of the bumper. It is minor damage, most people will not notice unless they are looking for it -- but I want everyone to be aware. Also-- this car is >12 years old (2008), so please be aware, although I keep it in great condition on interior and exterior, as well as drivability and safety; please do not expect a mint condition brand new car. If you need a spacious and clean vehicle for a rugged mountain trip, this vehicle will be great for you and is priced accordingly. If you need something more high-end and super polished, please check Turo for newer vehicles. AIRPORT DELIVERY - *IMPORTANT* : Due to social distancing rules as well as airport policy regarding Turo vehicles, I now park the car at the airport parking garage. The parking fee there is $5 per hour. If you pickup the vehicle within the same hour it is dropped off the fee to exit is $5; however if you do not leave the lot within another hour the fee becomes $10, etc. I cannot be responsible for excessive parking fees if you do not pick up the car on time, or if you drop off the vehicle many hours ahead of time without informing me. I will gladly reimburse you if any fees associated to exiting the parking lot at the airport are in excess of $10, but only if this is due to me dropping off the vehicle earlier than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For 99% of bookings, I drop the car off within 10-30 minutes before your trip starts and your parking fee should never exceed $5 if you leave the lot on time, or $10 if you leave the lot within 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time. Feel free to contact me prior to your finalized booking if you have any questions about this. Guidelines

This is a ride share community so please return the vehicle in same condition or better than you got it. Please no smoking or food. Please refuel to same level as your trip start. Please wash and vacuum at end of your trip (if needed). Please remove any debris from carpets, door compartments, and back seats. Be safe and have fun :D ** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNING THE CAR DIRTY ** $20-35 fee imposed if you return the vehicle dirty or if interior is returned dirty. I pay a 3rd party service to do this cleaning and they charge approx $35 for interior + wash and approx $20 for just wash, so please be mindful of this if you do not want to be charged for it. ** REFUEL NOTICE ** You will be charged for fuel + convenience fee if you do not return the car refueled back to the same level or more than you got it. ** NO SMOKING NOTICE ** There can be up to a $200+ cleaning fee if you smoke in the vehicle or if the vehicle needs extensive interior cleaning because this is a time consuming service that is needed to get rid of the odor, not to mention it may affect the next guest that has the car after you.

  • How do I pickup/dropoff the vehicle?

    Car is parked in an airport parking garage or lot. I will send you detailed information on how to reach the car when you arrive. If you require this information ahead of time, please reach out to me after you place your booking.

  • What is your policy regarding marijuana?

    Please no smoking in the vehicle or you will be subject to cleaning and deodorizing fees. Also do not open marijuana products inside the vehicle because they will cause the car to smell. Other guests may be sensitive to this smell. Please keep everything double-bagged to contain the odor.

  • Do you have snow tires / snow chains?

    I no longer supply snow chains because guests tend to use them when they are not needed and they become lost because they are not secured properly, however no one has ever needed them. This vehicle is equipped with All Wheel Drive which is active at all times. This feature is sufficient except in rare cases for Colorado travel during times of heavy ice or snow cover. Most areas of Colorado will not require snow tires or chains except in very special circumstances or special roads.

  • What type of fuel does this car take?

  • What about roadside assistance?

    I have roadside assistance protection available so that if you are stuck on the side of the road without fuel or flat tire or other issues, I can dispatch roadside assistance for you immediately. If you are unable to reach me, please also reach out to Turo at the number below and choose the option for Emergency Roadside Assistance. You can be connected (free of charge) with a dispatcher who will be able to send out a service provider if there is an incident with your rental vehicle 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Due to the difficulty involved with cleaning pet hair, I cannot allow pets.

  • How can I reach you?

    Text or call me at the number listed on your booking page. I will answer at most hours of the day. If you have trouble reaching me at the number listed, please try again after a while, and if you still have trouble please contact Turo and press the option for time-sensitive / emergency care in their automated menu.

  • What about mileage overages?

    I will work with you and I am lenient about mileage (within reason, 20-40 miles overage would be ok). If you are unsure, feel free to contact me immediately after you book and ask about mileage.

Even though the car was giving a little bit of trouble in the beginning, Mike was very accomodating and even offered for us to use another one of his cars instead. Overall the car held up well and we were happy. Mike's communication was top tier! Thank you for everything, Mike!
