Unreasonable , overcharged , not worth the hassle , electric cars suck , owner will blame you for any and everything STAY AWAY

This client called me about a flat tire on a Sunday. I immediately had road service out to repair within 30 minutes. Tesla service agent told me the tire was busted and my rims were damaged. It is evident this guy hit the curb and damaged the rims and tires.. I am not a smoker and he smoked in my car leaving evidence. He also went over the miles. The comment above makes no sense, since the driver extended his rental. I have never had any issues and all 5 stars until he damaged my car.
