Only issue I had was the check in process. I’m used to the rentals having a lockbox on the vehicle to make it a simple & smooth check in. Whereas this particular rental, Andrew had to unlock the doors remotely for me to get inside the vehicle. He tried for over 15min to unlock the doors from whatever location he was, but the doors still did not unlock. He then said he would have to come in person to unlock. So about 20 minutes more passed & the doors randomly unlocked. It was like the remote unlocking was delayed. Of course that pushed my trip back & I was kind of disappointed in that. I did expect the car to be a little more updated as far as the screen display goes, since it is a year 2020.

Normally we meet all guest to provide them a key at the beginning of their trip . Once you alerted us that you would be late we had to move on to assist our other guests. Therefore we attempted to utilize the remote unlocking process , which was working fine at that point . When you arrived 45 minutes after your scheduled reservation,apparently there was technical glitch out of our control .

The Nissan Armada was delightful to drive and ride in. Plenty accommodating for a family of 5 for a small road trip up to the mountains for a getaway. Andrew was quick to respond and made the pick-up/drop-off process easy. Thanks!
