A Friendly Reminder to our Guest: Please follow the Turo and Luxe One Policy and Guidelines. DRIVER VERIFICATION The primary driver must be present for pick up, please bring your license with you. Any secondary drivers need to be added to the reservation for insurance coverage, this is a no-fee add-on but is compulsory if anyone other than you will be driving the vehicle. DRIVER INSPECTION Please inspect and take photos of the vehicle's interior and exterior upon arrival. RESERVATION EXTENSION AND CHANGES Please contact us immediately regarding any changes to your reservation prior to the end of your trip. If you have determined to extend or change the duration of your trip, please “Request to Change Trip” through Turo as soon as possible to ensure availability. We will do our best to accommodate you. LATE RETURNS Please return the vehicle at the scheduled time to avoid additional late fees and penalties. Vehicles returned 1 hr. late (without approval) will be charged for an additional day. 🚭 NO SMOKING POLICY: All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, their passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any vehicle listed on Turo. Please be mindful of any smoking odor on your clothes prior to entering the vehicle. Violation of this policy the guest will be charged a $250 violation fee and removed from Turo. 🚫 NO PET POLICY No Pets of any kind are allowed inside the vehicle. Violation of this policy will be charged a fee of $150, and possibly removed from Turo. FUEL This vehicle takes {vehicle_fuel_type}. The vehicle will have a full tank of fuel upon your pick-up. If there is a possibility that you are unable to refuel the vehicle, please opt-in for our Prepaid Refuel option prior to the start of your trip to avoid additional charges. CLEANLINESS This vehicle is cleaned and sanitized before and after trips. Please return the vehicle in the same cleaned condition you received it. Violation of this policy the guest will be charged a $150 Turo violation fee. Please keep the car as clean as possible. *MILEAGE The allowed miles for your trip are listed on Turo. The “Total miles included” on Turo is the limit for your entire trip. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included in your trip. WHEEL REPAIR POLICY Each wheel is in excellent condition! Any discovered damages under 3 inches (curb rash, scratches, scuffs, or scrape) on any of the wheels will be subject to a $250 flat fee per wheel. For any unrepairable damages or damages more than 3 inches, we will seek compensation for all costs associated with wheel replacement. UNAUTHORIZED USE The vehicle is strictly not to be used by any unauthorized/unregistered drivers or for any ridesharing or food delivery services like Uber, Lyft, Post-mates, etc. VEHICLE CHARGER The front of the vehicle is equipped with a cordless charger. GPS & VEHICLE RECOVERY The vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking, and any attempt to remove, or disconnect the device from the vehicle will be regarded as an attempt to harm or steal the car. In case the vehicle is stolen please contact us immediately. SECURITY DEVICE *** Please note: this car is monitored and equipped with a security device that collects real-time driving data. This includes vehicle location, mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes.
