Lauren was so rad and flexible with us and our schedule. She also was really good with communication and making sure directions for dropping the car and pick up were smooth and easy.

Easy process. The owner definitely responded quickly with no hassle for pickup. Car runs good. No issues there. However, the car does beep when you go over 80MPH, which can be a headache for a road-trip. It’s a safety feature. If your doing a road trip, prepare to endure beeping for a long period of time. (There’s no way to turn it off.) Additionally, the inside of the car was clean when I picked it up. But the outside of the vehicle had not been touched. I have photos. I didn’t complain bc I needed to get on the road. However when I refueled the vehicle to return it, I filled it up, just not to the rim. It was just under a full tank. They charged me for the fuel— they were very detailed about my part, but lacked the attention detail when it came to making sure the car was washed for pickup. But it wasn’t a big deal. Those were my only issues.

The pickup was easy and hassle free, which I liked. The only reason it isn't 5 stars because the vehicle wasn't clean. I was not super dirty or gross, but it was not clean thoroughly. Dust and other people's crumbs on the dash, and in the cup holder. I dropped my business cards under the seat and found a Dasani water bottle. In a time of Covid you hope/expect things to be wiped down and smell fresh. That was not my experience this time, but I would give Lauren another try.

Amazing and easy, helpful
