Pick up and drop off was easy breezy. Truck tires were dirty. Wish they were clean upon pick-up, but everything else was great!

Great vehicle. Clean and in great condition. Nico was also very flexible with our travel plans after our flights and schedule changed. 100% recommend

Car exterior was not clean when I picked it up. Mud on side of truck and tire walls. I went and washed it. Car smelled like smoke. I proceeded with the rental and oil change alert was flashing on dash. I didn’t pay attention, but my brothers identified that the back tires had no tread and I did not feel safe driving it in the rain as it had started raining prior to my trip/plans that day. I returned the vehicle as that was just the last thing I felt I should deal with after the others. When I reached out to the host he admitted that I picked the vehicle up within 24 hours of a return and that person had the vehicle for 3 weeks/3600 miles and he wasn’t able to assess the vehicle prior to me picking it up and that he would assess it after I returned it. Please note I booked this vehicle months ago so being within a 24-hour return window was not my fault. I reached out to Turo after his response and they had me return the vehicle.

Would never rent to again guy is a scam artist. Had vehicle for 4 days out of a 6 day trip and decided the vehicles tires were dull. Left vehicle on side of road and had it towed to my house to get out of paying for his last two days of the trip because his money ran out. Never rent to people like this. They try to do anything to save money they don’t have.
