Very disappointed, the very first day we received the rental the battery died. Marlon came and took the battery and I guess “charged it up”. The very next day the battery died YET again. I messaged Marlon to which he didn’t respond. I finally contacted Turo and they sent roadside assistance which let us know his alternator was draining his battery. This was very inconvenient for us as we were a party of 7 left stranded.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I specifically gave instructions to call me if there were any more issues. When I come out and service the guest, it is a courtesy. So my guest don't have to wait for Turo assistance. I don't know what the issue was when you had the car. I have had it checked again. The charging system was operating correctly. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
