First, the Cadillac was gorgeous and was everything you’d expect from an Escalade. Well maintained and clean. The car is 5-Star.
That said, there’s more to a great experience than a great car. In this case, the pickup, drop off, and communication was subpar. I’ve rented from Turo several times in Atlanta and had no issues with offsite parking. The vendor chosen by this host, while probably convent for hosting, was frustrating for the customer. Pull up to the lot, unload people and bags from shuttle, go inside the office to check-in, wait longer and reload a different shuttle before being taken to the car. This is a divergence from previous Turo experiences, and felt like I was at a budget car rental service vs the typical personalized experience I’ve come to expect from Turo. I get that not every airport allows for curbside pickup and drop off, but I’ve had better offsite experiences. Also, this lot isn’t covered and it was raining when we dropped off the car. Communication with the host was a bit confusing…too many automated messages that contradicted the actual instructions. I’m confident that this host can deliver a 5-star experience, but not with their current parking vendor.

Amazing vehicle! Amazing host and co-host. Only negative was park n ride, even more specifically, Jiffy. However, still five star rating.

Great host and experience. Only issue would be the off-site airport pick up. Other than that our trip was perfect.
