RULES: ---------------------------------------- 1. NO SMOKING- Renter is responsible for a $250 cleaning fee if there is a smoke smell. 2. Renter is Not responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period however, do NOT attempt any burnouts of any kind.. 3. Vehicle can be fueled with PREMIUM gas. 4. Please do NOT use any cleaning products in vehicles. Should you need to wipe down any surfaces, use only water and a microfiber towel. Or Choose Post trip Cleaning 5. NO on track racing per Turo's rules/regulations. Any damaged tire will result in renter reimbursing for damages. 6. Any questions/concerns do not hesitate to contact us directly at (718) 541-3187 7. Please be mindful of speed bumps, potholes and driveways! You will be responsible for any repairs required due to negligence in this regard. 8. Gas is topped off prior to each rental. You must fill up the car yourself. Alternatively, you may simply return the vehicle without filling it up and I’ll charge the cost of gas plus a $20 convenience fee. 9. Only the Primary Driver (renter) is allowed to drive the vehicle. Test-driving by friends and family members is strictly not permitted. Please be responsible. 10. No Pets CORONAVIRUS UPDATE As a preventative measure, our cars are sanitized after each booking with an ozone generator. In summary, please be respectful of the car. Enjoy your Drive.

I rented a Rogue, but it was being serviced, so I was upgraded to a Tahoe. This is a convenient location if you’re flying into LGA.

Sadly, This is the WORST TURO Experience I ever had under the Turo umbrella. Customer service is poor with the exception of 1 person and that’s a huge shame. My rental was over 8 days ago and I STILL have not received the rental agreement or feedback on my experience. We were leaving for a funeral in Boston and I had to take the car to a carwash and clean out the water gallon, garbage, dog snacks and dog hair that was left behind. Don't get me started on the water jug. It spilled on the car floor and stunk during our entire trip. So lord knows what bacteria we were breathing while driving, we had to air it out everyday and I made sure to tell her so hopefully they clean it before the next person doesn’t go through that. The car was beyond dirty and it’s something I don't ever want to go through again. Very disappointed in Noonan Auto Group company they didn't live up to the standards of Turo's quality and customer service. There was barely any gas left in the car, the low gas indicator popped up as soon I drove out of the parking spot. I rather go back over the bridge and borrow from another provider than with Noonan Auto Group, its just not worth the headache. The rep I encountered on the first day was aloof, didn't realize that the car door was open when I was taking pictures. Handed me the wrong keys, he was very un-professional. Could care less was just ready to move on and leave, which he did waaaay before I left. The rep when I returned the car to was a different story and 180 degrees different from my first impression. She deserves a raise for trying to park two cars on a Sunday. I returned the car early and waited for her to finish with the first customer. Kind, empathetic and so helpful on closing out my process as this is the first time I rented from Noonan Auto Group. My husband has an account with Turo since they started in NJ, then I opened my own account and this was not what I was expecting. Now I understand the ratings, it was weird to see great car but low rating. I feel the same way the car was GREAT everything around it was a nightmare. I rather use another location if this is how it’s going to be here. They never responded to my reimbursement request for the dismal amount of gas and cleaning? Then I was asked to give a stellar review, It didn’t seem fair or honest for me to give 5 stars off the bat if Noonan Auto Group didn’t address the service. I’ll give 1/2 star for the car and 1/2 for the wonderful woman that I returned the car to last weekend. Thanks for NOTHING but headaches during already stressful week!
