Can I smoke in the car?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! If there is any indication of cigarette or marijuana smoke/ashes in the vehicle, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee via Turo as per Turo policies. HTTPS://help.turo.com/en_us/reporting-a-smoking-issue-H1Br4gE9
Is this contactless pickup/drop off?
Yes, pickup and drop off is contactless. The vehicle key will be in a lockbox and you will be given the access code 45 minutes prior to your trip start time. If you have any question’s you can always contact us directly at 929-756-7337. We are happy to assist you !
Do you offer E-Z Pass?
Yes, we have an EZ Pass tag installed inside the car. You are able to go through tolls without having to stress and worry about paying the toll on the spot. At the end of your trip you will be billed for any tickets, tolls, or parking violations incurred during your trip via Turo. If you have your own EZ pass tag you may bring it
What kind of gas does the car take?
The gas takes Premium (93) Fuel ONLY
Does the tank have to be full before being returned?
The vehicle will be rented with a full tank of gas and is expected to be returned with the same amount or you will be subject to refueling charges.
What do you require before I start my Turo reservation?
A copy of your Driver’s License and a selfie where you are holding your ID next to your face and where the ID is legible for ID verification prior to taking the vehicle. This can be uploaded into the Trip Photos.
Are you pet friendly?
Dogs are allowed, but you must select the “Pet Fee” option when bringing a pet with you. The vehicle must be returned in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid a Turo imposed cleaning/detailing fee.
