Guidelines

-NO SMOKING- Do not smoke in the car, any sign of smoking such as ashes, buds, or scent will lead to a cleaning fee. including e-cigarettes. If smoking is detected upon return of the vehicle, a fee up to $250 will be assessed as I have to remove the vehicle from listings for several days while it undergoes a thorough interior detail. -NO PETS- Any pet smell/dander/hair/stains will incur additional cleaning charges to restore the vehicle's condition. Please be extra respectful as I am allergic to cats and dogs. -CLEANING- If the car is returned with stains, spills, excessively dirty interiors, or excessively dirty exteriors upon return of vehicle will incur a cleaning fee up to $250 per Turo guidelines. If an accident were to happen, please contact us and we will have the car professionally cleaned, please do not use any cleaning chemicals yourself on any of the vehicles surfaces. -NO FOOD- Absolutely No Food in the car please, let's try to maintain in a clean condition for the next rental guest. Cleaning charge applies for non-compliance. -SEATS- Do not place any hard, sharp or heavy items on the leather seats or dashboard. Kindly place your objects in the trunk or on the floor mats. Leather is fragile so no rivets on clothing or sharp accessories please. Keep luggage off the seats. -RE-FUELING- Only use Premium Fuel. If any other Octane is used there will be an extra charge at the end of your reservation. If the car is returned without refueling there will be the cost of fuel plus $10 convenience fee. -WHEELS & TIRES- You are responsible for any damages to the wheels and tires. Please be careful when approaching any curves or potholes. Any scratches will incur repair charges. -BELONGINGS- Do not leave any personal belongings in the car that can be visible from the outside. Make sure your personal belongings are stored safely in the trunk (there is a privacy compartment in the floor) or take them with you. -KEY- Vehicle equips with one keyless remote during your trip. Losing key will incur replacement charges of $375. -DRIVER'S LICENSING- Primary renter and any additional drivers listed on itinerary must be in possession of valid state-issued Driver's license, or International equivalent, at time of vehicle pickup. "Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. Any license which, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. Temporary Driver’s Licenses may be refused if I am unable to otherwise verify the customer’s identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license. Additional Government-issued identification may be required. -Treat my car like you would your car. Please no disabling traction control, manually activating 4-wheel drive low, hard acceleration, hard stops, or aggressive maneuvers. This is equipped with real-time GPS trackers, 4G On-Board Diagnostic devices, and front/rear cameras and all activities may be recorded to ensure compliance and monitor vehicle health. Please do not tamper with or disable these devices. -Cars are exclusively rented for "routine" daily driving only. Special use is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using the vehicle to move or relocate, to sleep in, to transport home improvement items (i.e. paint, mulch, etc), to transport people/food/items for money, to race or off-road, to tow anything, and any other condition that is not daily driving on improved roads.

  • What should I do if I need to return early/late?

    Returning early is easy as long as you notify me in advance and I will try my best to accommodate it for you. If you think you'll be late to return the vehicle, please notify me as soon as possible, and request an extension to your trip via the app. Late fees will apply, per Turo guidelines, if the trip is not extended and the vehicle is returned after the trip has ended.

  • Why should I treat your car well?

    Please do so because I trust that you will. Also, body damage, scratches and curbed rims will be charged. So treat it as it is your own property.

  • Are you flexible with extra mileage?

    You may exceed the included miles but will be billed at the listed per-mile rate. To save your money on extra mileage, add unlimited mileage extra when checking out.

  • What should I do if there is damage to the car during the rental time?

    First, take photos of the damage and upload via trip photos. Then, call Turo to report the claim and then communicate to me as well. The next step will be determined through Turo and I will keep communication ongoing throughout the process.

  • What if I am running behind and have no time to re-fuel?

    I understand that life happens! I would refuel for you and request the reimbursement for the fuel cost plus a $10 convenience fee via Turo.

  • Is there Parking at our drop off location?

    Yes, there is a parking spaces in our complex for up to 48 hours.

  • May other people except me drive the vehicle?

    Only drivers approved by Turo and on the reservation may drive the vehicle. There is no fee for additional drivers. Under no circumstance may the vehicle be loaned out to any person not approved to drive on Turo and whose name is not listed on the reservation.

  • May I smoke in the vehicle?

    No. The car still smells brand new and pristine. I'd like to keep it that way. A smoke removal fee of up to $250 will be applied if smoke or odors are detected after a trip. This includes e-cigs, marijuana odor, or other odors.

Very nice CLEAN vehicle! The amount of trunk space is surprisingly very small if the 3rd row of seating is used but the car drives great and the owner was very helpful with pickup and drop off. Would definitely rent this again.
