Guidelines
Kindly note - We have a strict 🚭 No Smoking, No Pets allowed policy. Any evidence of smoking or pet hair will lead to cleaning charges up to $250 as per Turo Policy. --------------------------------------------------- Cars are delivered to you detail cleaned, please ensure cars are returned in same condition. Post cleaning of car can be paid upfront, this will cover basic vacuum inside and basic wash outside. This will not cover spills or stains or any cleaning that will require more than basic wash and vacuum. ----------------------------------------------------

EV
This car comes with free supercharging at Tesla chargers. Please keep in mind you will still be responsible for any idle fees, so kindly note the time you need to return to supercharger, once the car is fully charged and you do not remove it from charger, you will incur penalties. Plus you are still expected to charge the vehicle back to the level of charge you received it with, otherwise you will be charged for difference in charge level
Parking Tickets or Traffic Violations
Kindly inform us about any tickets or violations you receive during the trip. Best practice is to pay the fines online right away. If you fail to pay the ticket or violations in a timely manner and we have to pay them and process them on your behalf. Then you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket/violation plus a $20 processing fee. Kindly note processing tickets/violations is a time-consuming task, hence the processing fee to cover admin costs.
Toll Roads
Most of our cars are equipped with a Fastrak Toll Road device. If not, we can install one for you before the trip if requested. If you use Toll Roads, we will charge the actual toll charges plus a $10 processing fee, this is a one-time fee for your entire trip. Most traditional car rental companies charge the tolls and $19.95 per trip for Toll processing, thus is a discounted charge for your convenience. Kindly note the fees are for maintaining these toll devices and administrative time it takes for us to assign and process these charges to the respective renter through Turo.

Car is spotless—like it was just detailed. Service and communication were superb. I needed the car left with valet at a private jet terminal and I provided the wrong address. Skip cars straightened it out and let me know and the car was ready and waiting.
