The vehicle will be parked in the parking lot adjacent to Twin Peaks. The lockbox will be placed on the window containing the keys inside for you to easily access and enter the vehicle to start your trip. :)
Guidelines
PLEASE NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN CAR. $250 DOLLAR CHARGE FOR SMOKING IN VEHICLE TOLL PASS: This car is equipped with a Sunpass Transponder number #0574400210100. Guests will be responsible for toll charges/parking/citations/tickets received during the trip via any SunPass or toll-by-plate charges from any other toll provider (out of state, e-pass, ez-pass etc.) AIRPORT DROP-OFFS: Available upon selection. We will coordinate pick-up of the vehicle directly with you. Vehicle should be dropped off to same location it was picked up unless otherwise instructed. GUEST LOCATION DROP-OFFS: Available upon selection. We will coordinate delivery of the vehicle in a mutually agreed location. UNLIMITED MILEAGE (If selected): If you plan on crossing state lines, please let us know. Guest responsible for any out of state tolls/parking/fees/citations received during the trip. CAR RETURN: At the end of trip, please tidy up, dispose of trash in car, and check for personal belongings. We will wash car after return. Please have the gas tank filled with Premium gas to the level at which it was received (unless prepaid refuel has not been selected). If the vehicle is NOT returned in a reasonably clean condition, was found to be smoked in, and/or left with empty gas tank then additional fees may be incurred. Lost Key/Keyfob fee - $500.00

Everything about renting this car was perfect. Car was in excellent condition, easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Not a single line did I have to wait in. Would rent again over and over again!

Always book with Turo and never had a bad experience until now. Got this vehicle because of the good reviews and my business partner wanted heated seats. Checked before and after I made the reservation to ensure heated seats were included under “Features”. When we got to the car, no heated seats. Asked Andre why that was, and he replied with saying I booked the wrong vehicle. He then asked me to take a screenshot of the Heated Seat icon under “Features” and when I went to locate it, somehow it mysteriously disappeared. Seriously? Instead of simply acknowledging they made a mistake when they listed the car, they blamed me and removed the heated seat icon. I don’t understand why they did that and when Andre asked if there was anything he could do for me, I replied with “A simple apology for the mistake would have been sufficient .” He replied with “Sorry for the misunderstanding”. Felt very disrespected from his dishonesty and unprofessionalism.
